Exchange Policy

No returns on Ammunition, primers, or powder due to safety considerations.
F.O.G. guarantees it's products for 60 days from the date of sale for defects. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.  If you would like assistance prior to purchasing your ammunition, please feel free to call and speak to one of our ammunition experts who will be happy to assist you in your purchase.
If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us during regular business hours by phone at 218-547-3015 or via email at contact@fogfirearms.com to discuss your concerns.  Often we can trouble shoot firearm issues over the phone i.e. function problems, etc.  If we are unable to resolve your concern, then we will have you ship the product back for an evaluation and exchange.
 
Shipping
To exchange your product, you should UPS, Fed EX or Spee Dee (do not mail) your product to: 5272 Sumac Lane NW, Walker, MN, 56484. If you do not have the original shipping box, you must write ORM-D on the outside of the box in large bold lettering.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Within five days of receiving the returned ammunition, it will be evaluated by our staff. At that time, if the product is determined to be defective, we will contact the customer to discuss replacement options. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
